Daniel-Marc Brunner brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the financial industry, having held various key roles in Switzerland and overseas. His journey in finance began with a solid foundation, including a commercial apprenticeship at UBS Lucerne and specialized training in international assignments with the INAT team at UBS Zurich. Early in his career, he excelled in Investment Banking at Warburg Dillon Read, leading a team focused on OTC Derivative product calculations.
Transitioning to Private Banking, Daniel worked with a diverse clientele, particularly from Latin America, during his long-term assignments in the Cayman Islands and the Bahamas with UBS and Credit Suisse. In 2013, he embraced a new challenge as Head of Private Banking at Andbank in The Bahamas, where he eventually ascended to the role of CEO. His leadership skills and strategic vision led him to become the CEO of the Bahamas subsidiary of Banque SYZ, based in Geneva.
Under Daniel's guidance, the Bahamas subsidiary underwent a successful buyout and was transformed into Nexor, where he currently serves as CEO and Managing Partner. His tenure at Nexor has been marked by a relentless focus on delivering white-glove, tailored services to clients while nurturing multigenerational relationships with them and their successors.
As a Swiss national based in Nassau, Daniel is fluent in German, English, French, and Spanish, enabling seamless communication with clients from diverse backgrounds. His unwavering commitment to excellence and client satisfaction has solidified his reputation as a trusted leader in the financial services industry.

Werner Gruner was appointed by South African President Cyril Ramaphosa as Honorary Consul of the Republic of South Africa in Nassau, the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. In this capacity, Werner is committed to fostering strong diplomatic and economic relations between South Africa and The Bahamas.
Werner has extensive experience in the financial and healthcare industries. In 2019, he became CEO of Radioisotope Life Sciences (RLS), the second-largest nuclear medicine pharmacy network in the US, following a successful buyout from GE Healthcare. His leadership at RLS focused on driving growth, increasing profitability, and ensuring service reliability and compliance.
During the GE Healthcare nuclear medicine pharmacy network buyout in 2020, Werner also co-spearheaded the acquisition of the Swiss banking group SYZ’s Bahamas subsidiary, now known as Nexor, where he continues to serve as a Founding Partner.
Werner founded Capitor, an international boutique investment group, in 2017. As Chairman, he led the structuring of the GE Healthcare nuclear pharmacy network buyout and also connects investors to disruptive investment strategies that challenge outdated business models through cutting-edge technology and skilled teams.
Werner's contributions to the financial services industry in The Bahamas earned him the "Professional of the Year" award in 2012, presented by the Minister of Financial Services, the Honorable Ryan Pinder, and the Bahamas Financial Services Board.
Before his current roles, Werner served as Director at Julius Baer and worked with other international banks, including Credit Suisse, where he began his career in 2001 and earned a Certificate in Banking.
In 2012, he founded the Starlight Global Foundation, now Starlight Global, Inc., which is dedicated to empowering people by investing in education, culture, and economic autonomy. The Foundation has supported significant events and projects in both South Africa and The Bahamas.
Werner is fluent in English, German, and Afrikaans. He resides in Nassau with his wife, Kimberly, and their daughter, Grace. In his free time, he enjoys diving and piloting small aircraft.

The Honorable Philippe A. May is the Swiss-Singaporean founder and CEO of EC Holdings, a global leader in Residence and Citizenship by Investment solutions. He is also the co-owner and Managing Director of Nexor (Singapore) Pvt. Ltd., a strategic partner of Nexor Family Office. Philippe is a qualified Associate Financial Planner (AFP™) and a member of the Global Investor Immigration Council and the Financial Planner Association of Singapore. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) and an Executive Diploma in International Diplomatic Law for Honorary Consuls from UNITAR, Geneva, Switzerland, Philippe has extensive experience in Diplomacy, Private Banking, Insurance and Residence & Citizenship Planning.
After completing his high school education and national service in the Swiss army as an infantryman, Philippe began his career at the Swiss Stock Exchange SIX in Zurich. He then worked for Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas in Zurich, Switzerland and later as Vice President for EFG Bank in Singapore.
From 2016-2021, he was the Head of Asia-Pacific of the investor migration advisory firm Arton Capital. Philippe has been featured in various financial industry media including Bloomberg, BBC, CNN, and the Daily Telegraph. He is also a Robb Report Singapore Thought Leader and a member of the Global Investor Immigration Council, the International Institute for Strategic Studies, and the Singapore Institute of International Affairs. He has been a speaker and panelist for various investor migration and financial industry conferences.
Philippe has been a citizen of Singapore since 2008 and he has been accredited as the Honorary Consul of St. Vincent and the Grenadines to Singapore since 2011 (www.mfa.gov.sg). Philippe speaks Chinese, English, French, German and Spanish. He is the founder of a cigar club, an avid ornithologist, hiker, and a reader of classical literature.

Patrick Feuz was appointed Executive Chairman of Nexor Family Office following the merger of Principal Global Advisors Limited and Nexor (Bahamas) Ltd. in January 2024.
Previously, Mr. Feuz served as CEO of Julius Baer Bank (Bahamas) Limited, Gonet Bank & Trust Limited (Bahamas), and Principal Global Advisors Limited.
He is also a Partner at EC Holdings, a global leader in residence and Citizenship by Investment solutions, representing the group in The Bahamas.
Mr. Feuz began his career 30 years ago at Swiss Bank Corporation in Zurich and acquired extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of international private banking at UBS, Credit Suisse, Julius Baer, and Gonet in Switzerland, Latin America, the Caribbean, and the U.S. He is a multilingual and multicultural wealth management professional with a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management, and serves high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families on different continents.
Mr. Feuz holds an MS in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Zurich and is a CFA Charterholder. The CFA charter has become the global professional investment credential. Established in 1962, the CFA Program sets the global standard for investment knowledge, standards, and ethics. He also holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner designation (TEP). Founded in 1991, STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) is the international professional body for advisers who specialize in inheritance and succession planning. Full STEP members, known as ‘TEPs’, are internationally recognized as experts in their field.

Alexander is the Founder of ADB Capital and a genuine global citizen of Italian-Korean origins. He was born in Germany and carried out his studies in Germany, Italy, UK, and US.
In his +25 years of professional career, he has built an extensive international and multi-disciplinary background that lies at the heart of the specialized advisory services he caters to a high-calibre global client base of High Net-Worth Investors and Families. He holds a bachelor in Aeronautical Engineering, a degree in Political Science with a major in International Relations, and an MBA from HULT International Business School (London).
His career started in 1996 when he joined the Italian Air Force Academy qualifying as an officer and Military Fighter Pilot, and evolved in 2013 transitioning in the investment advisory domain as Founder of ADB CAPITAL, and in 2016 as Managing Partner of CS Global Partners (Dubai) until 2021.
Alexander served in the Italian Air Force for +12 years, flew and instructed on different types of jets and helicopters and participated in various NATO missions in Afghanistan, the Balkans, Middle East and across Africa, specializing inter alia in capacity building assignments as Military Advisor.

Alexander served in 2014 as Operations Director in the UK for a top executive mentoring firm Merryck; he currently works with a Swiss regulated Asset Manager, Ephelia Capital with +EUR 300m of AuM, he also acts as Managing Partner MENA Region for an international Investment Migration Advisory Group, EC Holdings, and is a Partner in a Bahamas regulated and licensed Financial Management & Advisory firm, Nexor.
Alexander is fluent in English, Italian and German. He is married, has a son, and is based in Dubai (UAE) since 2016.
In his spare time, he’s an avid reader and enjoys playing tennis.
